Web Client Technician Console
Web Client is a browser-based technician console. It involves zero installation at your end to start a session. It enables the technician to access the remote customer's computer quickly. Since it is browser-based, it supports both Mac and Windows.

View

- Actual Size: Shows the remote screen in its actual dimensions.
- Full Screen: Stretches the visible remote screen to the entire width and height of your console window.
- Show Remote Cursor: Allows you to view the customer's remote cursor during a support session.
- Color Quality: Lets you view the remote screen in different color qualities. Selecting Automatic adjusts the color quality based on internet speed.
Session

- Invite Technician: Invite a secondary technician from within or outside your organization during a session for assistance.
- Share My Screen: Share your screen with the customer to demonstrate processes or software usage.
- Run As Service: Enables Zoho Assist to run with Administrator privileges on the remote computer.
- Send Ctrl+Alt+Del: Sends this Windows key combination to the remote system to access Task Manager or log off.
- Send Clipboard Keystrokes: Allows technicians to copy and paste passwords during remote sessions. Learn more.
- Screenshot: Capture the screen during a remote support session for reference.
- Disable Remote Input: Lock out the remote keyboard and mouse during a session (Windows only).
- Blank Screen: Prevents the customer from viewing their screen during a session to protect sensitive data (Windows only).

Power Options

- Lock Screen: Lock the remote screen instantly or switch users.
- Log Off: Log off the current user on the remote computer.
- Reboot: Restart the remote computer when required.
- Reboot in Safe Mode: Troubleshoot remotely in safe mode; system reconnects automatically.
- Shutdown: Turn off the remote computer from the console.

Quick Launch provides shortcuts to navigate through the remote computer quickly. You can manage files, uninstall software, access system tools, and more.

File Transfer

Use this feature to transfer files or patches to and from the remote computer. You can drag and drop files, view transfer progress, and send or receive documents efficiently.
Multi-Monitor Navigation
Using multi-monitor navigation, you can access, control, and manage multiple monitors connected to a remote computer. You can enable notifications, live previews, and switch between horizontal, vertical, or grid view layouts.
Voice and Video Chat

Voice and Video Chat enables technicians to communicate with customers via audio or video calls during a remote session.
Setup Unattended Access

This feature allows you to configure devices for unattended remote access directly during a live remote session.
