Zoho Assist – Free  Trial  and Free  Edition 

    Free Trial 

    Upon signup, you are automatically enrolled in a 15-day free trial, allowing you to explore most of the premium features available in Zoho Assist.

    After the 15-day free trial period, your account will automatically move to the free edition unless you upgrade or request a trial extension.

    If you would like to switch to the free edition before the trial expires, or request an trial extension, contact our support team at support@zohoassist.com.

    Extended Trial 

    The extended trial provides features similar to those available in the free trial. You can request a trial extension after the initial 15-day period by contacting the support team at support@zohoassist.com.

    Features not available in the free trial 

    While most premium features are available during the trial, the following features are not included:

    • Custom Domain

    • Blacken Screen

    • Remote Print

    • Webhooks

    • Voice Call

    • Video Call

    • File Transfer

    Free Edition 

    The free edition offers essential remote support and unattended access capabilities.

    Technicians: Supports 1 technician to initiate and manage remote sessions. (1 concurrent session)

    Devices: You can configure up to 5 devices for permanent unattended access.

    Note

    Mobile Support :

    When a technician connects to a mobile device (from either a desktop or mobile device), the following limits apply: 

    • Maximum: 5 mobile remote sessions
    • Duration: 15 minutes per session 

    Desktop Sessions: 

    There are no time limits or session count restrictions when connecting to desktop devices such as Windows, Mac, or Linux devices.
