The MCP integration provides access to the core capabilities of Zoho Assist. The table below lists the available tools, along with their descriptions.

startSession

Initiates a new remote support or screen sharing session and generates both a technician URL and a customer URL to begin the session immediately.

scheduleSession

Schedules a remote support or screen sharing session with mentioned details such as title, customer email ID, scheduled time and date, and department, with options to notify participants in advance.

unattendedSession

Starts an unattended remote access session with a configured remote device

fetchMyUserDetails

Retrieves the profile and account details of the currently authenticated Zoho Assist user.

fetchSessionReports

Retrieves reports for past remote sessions, including session duration, technician details, and status.

fetchUnattendedDevicesList

Returns a list of all unattended devices in a given department.

fetchUnattendedDeviceDetails

Retrieves detailed information about a specific unattended device, including its status, group, and last activity.

updateDeviceDisplayName

Updates the display name of a specific unattended device.

fetchAllGroupsList

Returns a list of all unattended device groups configured in your Zoho Assist account.

createUnattendedGroup

Creates a new group for unattended devices under a specified name.

updateUnattendedGroup

Updates the name or configuration of an existing unattended device group.

downloadSessionChats

Downloads the chat transcript from a completed remote support session.

downloadSessionNotes

Downloads the notes recorded by the technician during a remote session.

downloadSessionScreenshots

downloadSessionRecordings

Downloads the session recording of a completed remote session.
