View Session Details
The Session Info panel provides complete details about an ongoing session. You can find important information, manage participants, and view remote device details in one place.
Note: Session Details is currently supported for Windows OS remote devices only.
Session Info
During an active remote session, click on the right arrow icon.
In this section, you can view:
- Session Title: The name given to the session. You can also edit the session title during the session by clicking the edit icon.
- Session Type: Whether it’s an Unattended Access session or a Remote Support session.
- Start Time: The exact time the session began.
- IP Address: The IP address of the remote device connected.
Participants
You can see a list of all participants in the session, including:
- Primary Technician
- Secondary Technicians (if any)
- Customer (for Remote Support sessions)

Invite Technician
To invite additional technicians during an active session:
- Click the Invite Tech icon, as shown below.
- Enter the email address of the technician you want to invite.
- Once accepted, the invited technician will join the session as a secondary tech.
Control Access (Unattended Sessions)
In unattended sessions:
- External technicians do not have control access to the remote device by default.
- If an external technician requests control, the primary technician will see a prompt asking for permission.
- Once permission is granted, the technician gains control of the device.
- The Primary Technician can revoke control at any time during the session.
Device Details
Under the Device Details section, you can view information about the remote device, including:
- Operating System
- Device Name
- Domain Name
- Device Model
- Processor details
- Last Boot time
