Multi Monitor Navigation

Using Multi-Monitor Navigation, you'll be able to control, access, manage, and navigate between multiple monitors connected to your remote computer simultaneously. Upon initiating a session, all monitors connected to the remote computer will be displayed.

You can enable the Notifications option to receive alerts on all operations performed. To obtain a live preview of all the operations performed in a particular monitor, enable the Live Preview slider. You can also change the view type according to your preferences. You can also pop out remote monitors and view them easily on your external monitor.

Click on the Multi monitor option available in the chat window to navigate between multiple monitors connected to your remote computer. Once clicked, the monitors will be displayed as shown below

Notifications

To receive notifications regarding the operations on multiple monitors connected to your remote computer on your main screen, enable the Notifications as shown below

Live Preview

To get a live preview of what's happening on multiple monitors connected to your remote computer on your main screen, enable the Live Preview as shown below

View

You can change the type of view in which you get to access the multiple monitors connected to your remote computer. The 3 different type of views in which you get to access the multiple monitors connected to your remote computer are:

Horizontal View: Displays the monitors connected to your remote computer horizontally.

Vertical View: Displays the monitors connected to your remote computer vertically.

Grid View: Displays the monitors connected based on the grid display settings of the remote computer.

Pop out

You can also pop out remote monitors and view them easily on your external monitor. You can view each remote monitor in a separate window.

Once the Pop Out feature is enabled, the above-mentioned monitor views cannot be accessed. Restore the window to enable the other views.

 

Monitor Notifications 

To receive notifications on actions across multiple remote monitors on your main screen enable the Monitor Notifications as shown below.

Live Preview 

To get a live preview of what's happening on multiple monitors connected to your remote computer on your main screen, enable the Live Preview as shown below.

View 

Click the Show All Monitors icon to view all available remote monitors.

The monitors are displayed in the Live Monitor Panel, arranged similar to the customer’s setup, allowing you to access and navigate between multiple monitors easily.

Pop out 

You can also pop out remote monitors and view them easily on your external monitor. You can view each remote monitor in a separate window.

Once the Pop Out feature is enabled, the above-mentioned monitor views for that monitor cannot be accessed. You can restore the monitor window at any time to re-enable the default views.
