How to Start a Cobrowse Session
Once configured, You can easily start a cobrowse session to guide your customers in real time.
Log in to your Zoho Assist account using your credentials.
Click Cobrowse in the top menu bar and select Start Now. You’ll be taken to a page where a unique session key will be generated.
Share this session key with your customer and guide them to join the cobrowse session using the widget on your website.

Once the customer enters the session key, you’ll see a request prompt on your screen.
Click Proceed to accept the request and start the cobrowse session.
If needed, you can decline the session request by clicking Cancel.
To end the cobrowse session at any time, click the Exit icon.
A confirmation prompt will appear; click End Now to close the session.
You can view the list of completed sessions anytime under the Session History tab.
