It is India’s first standalone health insurance company, and started operations in 2006. The Challenge

Initially, Star Health Insurance relied primarily on TeamViewer for remote desktop software. But because TeamViewer provides unattended remote support capabilities to anyone with access to a device's keys, username, and password, devices could easily be accessed without the owner's permission. The Solution

Before choosing Zoho Assist, Star Health Insurance used the trial versions of Assist, LogMeIn, and a few other tools.
