Zoho Apptics uses anonymous tracking by default, ensuring that all in-app data is collected without being associated to a user. This approach protects users’ privacy while helping you capture sufficient data to provide insight into how your app is used.

Device data without ad trackers and third-party cookies
Get application analytics and collect the usage statistics you need, without relying on advertising identifiers like IDFA and AAID. Every new device that is registered with Zoho Apptics gets a randomly-generated UUID to attribute data to the device, not the user.
Data de-identification methods like pseudo-anonymization help to associate data with the device, independent of the user’s identity. This way, you can still collect the data you need to improve your app while protecting your users’ privacy.
Data encryption
The sensitive data is encrypted and transmitted securely to our servers. As an additional layer of security, we employ JSON Web Tokens (JWT) for authorization and data integrity.
