Sharing Views
In case of adding users and viewers, you need to explicitly share the view to grant access. You will see a prompt to share views. Follow the below steps to associate views for the users.
- Click the Do it now button.

- The Share View/Add users to Group will open. Zoho Analytics provides two options to associate views:
- Share Views - Selected views will be shared with read only permission.
- Add users to Group - Add users to selected groups in the workspaces. They will inherit the permission set for the group.
- ‌Select workspaces from the Select Workspaces dropdown. You can select up to five workspace. The Views and Groups in the selected workspaces will be listed in the corresponding tabs.
- You can select up to 100 views or 100 groups from five workspaces.
- Click Share. The views will be shared in the specified domain for the users while adding user.
You can also share the views with fine-grained permissions. To do this:
- Open the workspace you want to share.
- Select the views to be shared and click Share, then click Share Views.
- You can also invoke the share dialog from the individual view by clicking Share, then clicking Share this View. The Share the view(s) to a new Users/ Group dialog will open.
- Enter the user email address or group name in the corresponding domain field to share the view in Zoho Analytics or in white label instances.
- You can edit the message in the invite email by clicking the Edit Message link.
- Click Share. The views will be shared in the specified domain
Manage Shared Details
You can view and manage the shared details of a workspace from the Shared Details tab of the Workspace settings.
- The Common Permissions tab lists the details of the published views.
- The analytics.zoho.com tab lists the details of the views shared in Zoho Analytics.
- The {white label url} tab lists the details of the views shared in white label instances.
