Home

The Home tab is the starting point of your Zia Agents workspace. When you log in, this is where you land.

The left sidebar gives you access to every section of the platform: Home, Agent Studio, Agents, Multi-Agents, Tools, Knowledge Base, and Store. This stays visible across all pages, so you can switch between sections without navigating back to Home.

At the center of the page is a prompt bar where you can describe what you want to automate and Zia will help point you in the right direction. This is the fastest way to start building if you already have a clear idea of what you want your agent to do. 

Below it, you'll find a row of role tags (Sales Assistant, Technical Writer, Data Analyst, and others) that serve as shortcuts. Clicking one pre-fills the prompt with a relevant starting point so you don't have to write from scratch. This is useful when you know the function you want to automate but aren't sure how to frame it.

At the top right of the page is the Quick Create button. This lets you create an Agent, Multi Agent, Tool group, or Knowledge Base without navigating to their respective tabs first.

The home page also shows the Recently Added Agents, giving you a quick overview of what's already been set up in your account. You can simply go to the agent and start where you left, or view them all.

At the top right corner, you'll find the Settings icon and your profile avatar. Settings is where you manage users, roles, billing, credits, BYOK keys, connections, and instant messaging configuration. Your profile lets you view and update your personal details on your Zoho account.
