How do I change the label of Setup Fee on my invoices?
To change the text of the Setup Fee label for both your invoices and hosted payment pages:
- Go to Settings > Preferences > Invoice.
- Enter the text in the Setup Fee Label.
- Click Save.
For instance, let’s rename the Setup Fee label to “Initialization Charge”. The invoice and hosted payment page will now look like this.

Hosted Payment Page:
If you want to change the label only for hosted payment pages:
- Go to Settings > Hosted Payment Pages.
- Enter the text in the Setup Fee box in the left side of the page.
- Click Save.
