Is it possible to add SPF and DKIM records to validate emails sent from Zoho Subscriptions to my customers?

What are SPF and DKIM records?

By adding an SPF (Sender Policy Framework) record to your domain, your recipient’s mail server will be able to verify that Zoho Subscriptions is sending emails using your email address with your domain’s permission. Without the SPF record, the emails that Zoho Subscriptions sends on behalf of your domain will mostly end up in your recipient’s spam folder.

DKIM (Domain Keys Identified Mail) is also used for preventing spam and allows the recipient email server to verify whether an email was sent and authorized by the owner of that domain.

You can include one of the following SPF records to your domain name provider’s SPF settings:

  • Add subscriptions.zoho.com if you’re accessing Zoho Subscriptions from the .com domain
  • Add eu-subscriptions.zoho.com if you’re accessing Zoho Subscriptions from the .eu domain.

This entry represents all email sending services from Zoho, and is therefore sufficient if you use it it for any other Zoho Products as well.

If you’d like to add DKIM records as well for your domain, write to us at support@zohosubscriptions.com.
