How do I add extra fields from my customers?
Zoho Subscriptions lets you create custom fields for your customers with various data types, such as text boxes, dropdown menus and check boxes. You can use these custom fields to collect additional data from your customers on the hosted payment pages and also display them to your customers in the customer portal. However, if you want to use these custom fields for only internal purposes, you can configure that as well.
Here’s how to create custom fields for your customers:
- Go to Settings > Preferences.
- Navigate to the Customers tab and click + New Custom Field.
- Enter a label for the custom field and choose the necessary data type.
- Configure its visibility settings.
- Click Save.
