Can my customers update their bank/card details directly?
Yes, your customer can update their back/card details without disclosing those information to you by sending the Payment Information link.
To send the Payment Information link to a customer,
- Navigate to the Customers tab and select the customer whose card/bank details has to be added/updated.
- Next, click on More > Request Payment Method.
- In the Request Payment Method pop-up next, hit Send to send the link via email to the customer.
Once sent, the customer can update their card/bank details using the link.
