How can I invite a customer or contact person to my portal?

To invite a customer,

  • Navigate to the Customers tab and select the customer you want to invite.
  • Next, click on More drop-down at the top-right and click on Configure Customer Portal.
  • In the Enable Portal Access for pop-up next, select the customer and contact persons for whom you want to enable the Customer Portal for and click on Save.
