# How can I convert a quote to an invoice?

To convert a quote to an invoice, follow the below steps.

1.  Go to **Quote** on the left sidebar of your Zoho Invoice account.
2.  Select the the quote you want to convert to invoice.
3.  Click **Convert to invoice**.
4.  Check the required details, and make any changes you want to the quote, before saving it as an invoice.
5.  Click **Save as Draft** at the bottom if you want to keep the invoice in the balance for now, and click **Save and Send** if you want the invoice to be sent out immediately.
