How can I view the data that are imported from QuickBooks into Zoho Expense?

The Accounts, employees, customers and jobs (sub-customers) in QuickBooks Online are imported into Zoho Expense as categories, submitters, customers and projects respectively.

To view the Accounts imported as Categories into Zoho Expense:

  • Navigate to Admin > Settings > Categories.
  • Click the Active Categories filter and select From QuickBooks Online.
  • All the accounts imported from QuickBooks Online will be listed.

To view the Employees imported as Submitters into Zoho Expense:

  • Navigate to Admin > Users.
  • Click the All Users filter and select From QuickBooks Online.
  • All the employees imported from QuickBooks Online will be listed.

To view the Customers imported into Zoho Expense:

  • Navigate to Admin > Settings > Customers.
  • Click the Active Customers filter and select From QuickBooks Online.
  • All the customers imported from QuickBooks Online will be listed.

To view the Jobs (Sub-customers) imported as Projects into Zoho Expense:

  • Navigate to Admin > Settings > Projects.
  • Click the Active Projects filter and select From QuickBooks Online.
  • All the jobs (sub-customers) imported from QuickBooks Online will be listed.
