AI Features

Zoho Expense comes with AI-powered features that help you automate tasks, gain insights, and manage expenses more efficiently. Retrieve information through natural conversations, visualize report data as charts, forecast future expenses, detect anomalies, and generate intelligent insights from your analytics reports.

Notes:

  • Forecasting, monitoring reports using Zia Insights, visualizing, and detecting anomalies are available in early access. You can write to us at support@zohoexpense.com to enable this feature for your organization.
  • The AI features are currently available only for the Trip Expense Summary, Expense Details, and Reimbursement Details reports in Analytics.

Enable AI Features

To enable the AI Features:

  • Go to Settings.
  • Under Organization, select AI Preferences
  • Enable the toggle next to the required features, select the preferred AI Provider and Model for the selected feature.
  • Click Save.

Insight:

  • AI Provider: It is the service that provides AI models used by the system.
  • Model: It is the specific system within your AI provider that processes your request and determines the quality of responses.

The selected AI feature will be enabled in your organization.

Visualize, Forecast, and Detect Anomalies in Reports

You can visualize your analytics reports as charts instead of viewing them in plain tables. Navigate to the report, pick a chart type, and configure what data to display in the X and Y axes. Click View Forecast to predict future expenses over a specific period based on your past data. Click View Anomaly to spot unusual patterns or errors in your reports.

For example, in the Reimbursement Details report, you can forecast upcoming reimbursement amounts and detect unusual spending patterns across your organization. Learn More.

Monitor Reports Using Zia Insights

Zia Insights is an AI-powered feature that analyzes your analytics reports and generates intelligent insights automatically. Instead of manually reviewing data, Zia examines your report and highlights important trends, patterns, and projections that matter to your business. This helps you understand your expenses better and make informed decisions.

For example, in the Trip Expense Summary report, Zia Insights highlights key trends in trip spending across your organization. Learn More.
