# Why are my WhatsApp templates being rejected?

The rejection of message templates is controlled by Meta. To resolve this issue, it is recommended that you review the [rejection reasons](https://developers.facebook.com/docs/whatsapp/message-templates/guidelines/#common-rejection-reasons) provided in the Meta Business Suite. Once you understand the reasons for rejection, you can create a new template and submit it for approval.
