# Is it possible to send an overdue invoice notification to my customer through WhatsApp?

Yes, you can. Here’s how you accomplish:

*   Go to **Invoices** and select the overdue invoice you want to notify your customer about.
*   From the **Send** dropdown, select **WhatsApp Message** and populate all the necessary fields.
*   Click **Send**, and the notification will be sent to your customer.

The invoice details will be sent to the respective contact person via WhatsApp.

**Note:** By using this option, you can only send notifications for your overdue invoices from Zoho Books but not reminders for the same.
