# How do I modify the format of the organization address displayed on the transaction PDFs?

To modify the format of the organisation address displayed on your transaction PDFs:

*   Go to **Settings**.
*   Select **General** under _Preferences_.
*   Scroll down to **Organisation Address Format**.
*   Click the **Insert Placeholders** dropdown and select the fields of the customer you wish to display on your transaction PDFs.
*   You can remove the fields which you don’t wish to display by deleting them from the Placeholders. For instance, if you want to remove the city field from your invoice PDF, delete the text **${ORGANIZATION.CITY}**.
*   Click **Save**.
