How do I prevent others from editing the PDF files that are being sent from Zoho Books?

Zoho Books comes with an option to encrypt all your PDF files that are being sent from Zoho Books. Enabling this option will prevent the user from editing the document or converting it into other file formats.

To enable this option, kindly follow the instructions below:

• Click on the Gear icon present on the top-right corner of the page.
• Go to the Preferences sections, choose the General tab.

• Check on the Would you like to encrypt the PDF files that you send? option and click on the Save button.
