How can I add more fields for customers or vendors?

You can create additional fields for your customers or vendors by creating custom fields in Zoho Books. Here’s how:

  • Go to Settings and then Preferences.
  • Go to Customers and Vendors.
  • Navigate to the Field Customisation tab.
  • Click the + New custom field button in the top right corner of the page.
  • Enter the Label Name, Data Type and other necessary details.
  • Click Save.

You can view these additional fields in your customer and vendor creation or edit pages.
