Should juridical persons pay UAE CT along with emirate-level taxes?

Businesses functioning around either extraction or non-extraction of natural resources of the UAE are not required to pay corporate tax if certain conditions are met. All other businesses are subject to both corporate tax and emirate-level taxes.
