How do I change the organization email address shown in the invoice PDF?
By default, the primary email address from your organization profile is used in the Organization Address section of the PDF. To use a different email address, you can customize it directly in the template:
- Go to Settings.
- Select PDF Templates under Customisation in the Organization Settings pane.
- Click Edit on the template.
- Select Transaction Details and click Organization Address Format.
- Click Configure next to Do you want to have a custom address format only for this template?.
- Remove the email address placeholder from the address format.
- Type in the email address you want to display instead.
- Click Save.
The updated email address will now appear in the Organization Address section of your invoice PDFs.
