How do I cancel my Zoho Billing subscription and get a refund?

You can cancel your Zoho Billing subscription from the Settings page. Here’s how:

  • Go to Settings.
  • Select Manage Subscription under Organization.
  • Click Change Plan.
  • In the page that appears, click Change Plan.
  • Click Cancel Subscription.
  • Uncheck the option Downgrade automatically at the end of the current billing cycle if you want the cancellation to take effect immediately. Leave it checked if you want to continue using Zoho Billing until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • Select a reason for cancellation.
  • Click Move to Free Edition to cancel your subscription.

Once the subscription is canceled, send an email to cancellation@zohocorp.com with your organization details and request a refund for the Zoho Billing subscription.

Note: If you intended to subscribe to a different Zoho product (for example, Zoho Books), contact the respective product’s support team to purchase their subscription.
