What is a Customer Portal? How can I enable it for my customers?

Customer Portal allows your customers to manage their subscriptions from one place. Meaning, they can keep track of their subscriptions and their transactions, update payment and personal information etc.

Without Customer Portal, if a customer wants to update any of their subscription related details, they would have to contact you every time and you have to make the changes for them. This isn’t scalable when there are lot of customers involved. Hence, Zoho Billing allows your customers to take control of their own subscription.
