Profile

Personal Information

On your personal information tab, you can view and update your personal details: Full Name, Nick Name, Gender, Contact Details, Language, Country and Time Zone. We take our security seriously and your personal details are completely safe with us.

Updating your personal details:

  1. Login to your Zoho account.
  2. Click the My Profile Info Tab and click Personal Information on the left panel.
  3. Update your details and click Save.

Email Address

In case you forget your password or cannot sign in for some reason, adding a recovery email address will let you get back your Zoho account. The first email address you use to sign up for your Zoho account will default to primary email. We recommend adding a secondary email for your Zoho account recovery. Head over to your email inbox and click the confirmation link in the email we sent you for verification.  

Setting up recovery email:

  1. Log on to your Zoho Account and click on the My Profile Info tab >> Email Address.
  2. Once you have verified your primary email, you will be able to add a secondary email.
  3. Click the Add Email button at the right top corner.
  4. Enter the secondary email address and your current Zoho account password.
  5. Verify your secondary email address by clicking the confirmation link we sent you.
  6. All your secondary email addresses will be listed in a dropdown to choose from when you are trying to recover your Zoho account.

Note:

  • Your organization may have blocked adding recovery email addresses to your account in accord with your organization policy. In case you cannot access your account or need to reset your password, contact your super admin.
  • You can make any secondary email address primary by navigating to the Email Address tab under profile and clicking make primary.
  • Incase the confirmation mail is not received, click on the Resend Confirmation Mail icon to receive the confirmation mail again.

Editing your email address:

  1. Log on to your Zoho Account and click on the My Profile Info tab >> Email Address.
  2. Click the Edit option on the right.
  3. Enter your new email address and password, then click Update.
  4. A confirmation mail will now be sent to the new email address.
  5. Click on the confirmation link to activate your account.

Phone Number

In case you forget your password or cannot sign in for some reason, adding a recovery phone number will let you get back your Zoho account. We strongly recommend you set up a recovery phone number.

Adding a recovery phone number

  1. Login to your Zoho account.
  2. Navigate to the profile tab.
  3. Go to phone numbers on the left panel.
  4. Click add phone button at the top right corner.
  5. Type your phone number and click add phone.
  6. A One-time password (OTP) will be sent to your phone. Enter the OTP at the given text box.
  7. Click verify my phone.

Note:

  • To secure your account, make sure the phone number you use for recovery is not accessed my multiple people. 
  • You cannot use the same phone number as your recovery option and as your two factor authentication
