  • What is Zoholics: Sales & Marketing?

    Zoholics: Sales & Marketing is a three-day Zoho User Conference that focuses on training the users on various Zoho applications -- Zoho CRM, Campaigns, Support, Survey, and Contact Manager. This event is the third of the Zoholics series that is hosted every year, and contains sessions for new users of Zoho app suite and also advanced trainings for premium users of Zoho CRM, Campaigns, and Support.

  • What will I, as a user, learn at the event?

    We have sessions for new users as well as for our longtime, premium users. You can get started with using Zoho apps and also learn from the ones who have already been using these. If you are a pro user, then get ready for the deep-dive trainings -- know more about the advance functionality of the applications, integrations, and the best practices. The representatives from each team -- Zoho CRM, Campaigns, and Support -- are all set to talk to each of you!

  • Will I get answers to all my questions at the event?

    All attendees will get a chance to spend some time with the experts team from Zoho. We want to answer all your questions at the event. So, please feel free to shoot your questions!

  • Is this event going to be larger than last year's?

    Only that this year we are going to focus more on the One-O-Ones. While we hope it will be as big as last year's, we prefer short, tight-knit events. Yes, we know small is the new big; and, this will also help us in interacting with each of you. This also means that the seats are going to be limited.

  • How do I register for the event?

  • When do the registrations close?

    Registrations for the event will be closed one hour before the event or whenever the tickets are sold out.

  • What is a promo code? Do I need it?

    A promo code is a set of letters and/or numbers that entitles your to receive a special offer or discount. You don't need a promo code to register for this event. ​If you are a ZAPP partner, you may use this to enter your promo code.

  • What all do I need to bring to attend the event?

    Just an ID proof -- for you to get your participation badge.

  • Do I have to bring a proof of my online registration for the event?

    No, you don't have to. Just bring a proof of your identification. That's all.

  • Will you have impromptu seats if I decide to attend the event just a few hours before it commences?

    We have limited seats available for the event. If the tickets are available, you can register until one hour before the event. Given that the event is going to be hosted at Zoho's headquarters, the seats are going to be limited.

  • I just figured out that I will not be able to attend. Can I transfer my ticket to one of my colleagues?

    Yes, of course! Also, please write to us at zoholics@zohocorp.com and share the details of your colleague. We will make a note.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We offer full refund if you cancel 2 weeks before the event. We offer 50% refund if you cancel one week before the event start date.

  • I am traveling from another country and will need an invitation letter for a Visa. How can I get one?

    Please write to us at zoholics@zohocorp.com, with your details, after you register for the event. We will send you an invitation letter.

  • Will there be a free Wi-Fi?

    Yes. There will be free Wi-Fi available for all attendees of the event.

  • Do you plan to record the training sessions?

    We would love to; but haven't decided whether or not to.

  • Do you plan to provide live video streaming of the event?

    We don’t have plans to have a live streaming of the event.

  • What about the food?

    We will provide continental breakfast and lunch during the event. There will also be refreshment breaks. We will also have vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free options available. If you have any special food requirements, please write to us at zoholics@zohocorp.com

    We also organize a get-together at the end of the first day for you to get to know your fellow users/participants. Get to know the experts from Zoho, over a few casual conversations.

  • Will there be opportunities for me to build and strengthen my business network?

    Yes, there will be several opportunities. We strongly recommend our prospects to meet the fellow users. You will also be able to learn how the fellow users, who are our long-term associates, use Zoho apps for their businesses.

  • Where do I stay, and how do I get to the location of the event?

    Also, we have shared all the details of how to reach the venue where the conference is held.

Location

  • Where is the event taking place?

    We are hosting the event at our headquarters, in Pleasanton, CA. It will be the first time that the event is conducted here at the brand new building.

    Pleasanton is in the East Bay, about 45 minutes by train, from San Francisco. Pleasanton is a picturesque city nestled in between the rolling hills of the East Bay. Our headquarters has been in Pleasanton for 14 years now, and from now on, we plan to host our events right here.

  • Do you have any recommendations for sightseeing in and around Pleasanton?

    There's an upscale regional shopping mall in Pleasanton, and a few others to visit in the downtown area. We will soon share with you a list of places to visit.

  • Any good places to dine at, in and around the venue of the conference?

    There are some good places at the Pleasanton downtown. We will be happy to guide you based on your preferences, and will also provide a list of recommended restaurants.

  • How do I get to Pleasanton from SFO airport?

    There is a BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) available to come to Pleasanton. This is a public transit and connects SFO with the cities in the East Bay. However, if you are arriving at the Oakland airport, availing a cab will be the best option to reach Pleasanton.

  • I don't know much about Zoho CRM or Campaigns or Support. Is this event the right place to start learning?

    Yes, of course! We have sessions for new users as well as existing users. There will be training sessions on how to get started. You can also learn from our users, who are CRM experts themselves, on how to use the applications. The team of experts from Zoho will answer all your questions and are eager to meet each of you.

  • I am an existing CRM/Campaigns/Support user and I want to learn more. Do you have sessions for advanced users?

    Yes, we do! Come ready for some deep-diving sessions on exploring the capability of the application, integrations, best practices, and more. All attendees will get a chance to talk to the experts from Zoho, and get answers to all your questions!
