The Zoho PhoneBridge feature allows you to connect PBX systems to your Zoho Support account. Using this feature, you can make calls and receive calls on your computer. When your customers call you can view their name, e-mail ID, phone number and their top four open tickets on your screen. Currently, Zoho Support allows you to use this feature with Asterisk 1.4, Elastix 1.6 and Trixbox 2.6.
