Viewing Contracts

In Zoho Support, there are two types of views:

  • Predefined
  • Custom

Predefined Views

In the predefined view you can view all the contracts, expired contracts only or contracts created by you.

To access a predefined view, follow the steps given below:

  1. Click Setup
  2. In the Automate section, click Support Contract
  3. In the Support Contract page, hold the mouse pointer over All Contracts and select a view of your choice

You cannot edit predefined views. However, you can create your own customized views.

Custom Views

You can also create new views in addition to the predefined views.

To create a custom view, follow the steps given below:

  1. Click Setup
  2. In the Automate section, click Support Contract
  3. Hold the mouse pointer over All Contracts and select
  4. In the Create New View page, enter a Name for the view
  5. Select filter criteria for the view
  6. Set accessibility permissions
  7. Click Save

You can set more than one filter criteria for your custom view.
