Ticket Conversation

Conversations on a ticket are listed, starting with the oldest threads and followed by the recent ones towards the end. To view the conversations between an agent and a customer, do the following:

  1. Click Tickets tab.
  2. Open a ticket from the Tickets List page.
  3. Click on a thread to view its conversation details.
  4. You can hide a conversation by clicking the thread again.
