Holiday List

Configure your organization's annual holidays in the Zoho Support using the Holiday List option. This holiday list gives your customers information about the number of days your company will be closed in a year. This infrormation does not include weekends. SLA's will ignore the dates that you have set as holidays when setting a ticket-resolution time.

Creating a Holiday List

You are required to create a holiday list and make it visible to your customers.

To create a holiday list, follow the steps given below:

  1. Click Setup
  2. In the Organization section, click Business Hours and then click Holiday List
  3. Select a month and a date
  4. Enter the name of the holiday
  5. Click Add Holiday

It is not possible to edit a holiday. You can only delete a holiday from the holiday list.

Deleting Holidays

To delete a holiday, follow the steps given below:

  1. Click Setup
  2. In the Organization section, click Business Hours and then click Holiday List
  3. Click Del against the holiday that you want to delete
  4. Click OK
