Customer Home Page

This page enables the administrator to design the Customer Support Portal. The administrator can add widgets and sections in the Customer Home Page as per the requirement.

Add Widget

To add a widget in the Customer Home page, please follow the steps given below:

  1. Log into Zoho Support.
  2. Click Setup > Customer Portal Settings > Customer Home Page.
  3. Click Add Widget link.
  4. In the Add Widget page, do the following:
    • Enter the Widget Name.
    • Type the Description.
    • Enter the web URL.
    • Check or uncheck Visible at Home.
    • If required Upload an Icon.
  5. Click Save.

You can hide, edit or delete the created widget from the customer Home page.

Create Section

To create section under the Most viewed articles, do the following:

  1. Log into Zoho Support.
  2. Click Setup > Customer Portal User > Customer Home Page.
  3. Under the Most Viewed Articles, click Create Section.
  4. In the Create Section page, enter the Section Name.
  5. Enter the Description required.
  6. Check or uncheck the box Visible at Home.
  7. Click Save.
    The created section is displayed under the Most Viewed articles.

Hide/Edit/ Delete Section

You can Hide, Edit or Delete any of the sections as per your choice. Just hover your mouse on any section created and the Hide/Edit/Delete link appears. Click any of the link as per your requirement and perform the respective action.
