Contact Info Display

The Customer contact details are displayed in the right pane of Request Detail Page. The below details are displayed by default.

• Contact Name (first & last name)
• Account Name
• Phone number
• Mobile number
• Contact Type
• Email Address

If any of the above details except the mandatory field Contact Name are not filled then that particular details are not displayed.
