You can close a request if the customer issue is resolved. To close a request, do the following:
- Select a request from the Requests Home page.
- Click Close button displayed in the top tab.
Also, you can find a Close Request button on the right panel once you open a request. You can click on it to close the request.
- After you have closed a request, if customer responds, then the requests status becomes open.
- You can reopen a request once it is closed. Just change the status from Closed to Open.
