Change Status

Solution status indicates the level of progress of a Solution by the technician. Based on the status of a request, various actions can be performed with the solution. You can change the status of the solution by the below steps:

  1. Click Solutions Tab.
  2. In the Solutions Home page, click any solution.
  3. In the [Solutions] page, click edit link at the top.
  4. Change the Status field to Draft or Reviewed or Duplicate. or Publish

If you want to add any values to the Status field or replace the existing values, refer Add Pick List Values & Replace Pick List Values.
