Associate with Products

Attachments

Attachments You can attach any type of files and any number of files to a single Product. To attach a file, do the following:

  1. Open a Product from Products Home page.
  2. Click Attachment > Add Attachment.
  3. Select the file from outside resources. After adding a file, the user id and the time when the file is added are displayed.

Associate Contacts

You can associate contact point of the Products under the Contact tab.

  1. Open a Product from the Products Home Page.
  2. Click Contacts > Associate Contacts.
  3. If you have already added contacts in the contacts module, then
  4. Select any Contact that is displayed.
  5. Click Associate Contacts button.

Associate Accounts

You can associate an account with the product.

  1. Open an Account from the Accounts Home Page.
  2. Click Account > Associate Accounts.
  3. Choose from the displayed accounts by making a check mark.If required, you can search and select the account.
  4. Click Associate Account.
