Associate with Products

Attachments

You can attach any type of files and any number of files to a single Product. To attach a file, do the following:

  1. Go to Setup >> Organization >> Products.
  2. Open a Product from Products List page.
  3. Click Attachment > Add Attachment.
  4. Select a file from outside resource. After adding a file, the user id and the time of adding the file will be displayed.

Associate Contacts

You can associate a point of contact for a Product under the Contacts tab.

  1. Open a Product from the Products List Page.
  2. Click Contacts > Associate Contacts.
  3. If you have already added contacts under the Contacts module, select a contact that is displayed.
  4. Click Associate Contact.

Associate Accounts

You can associate an account with a product under the Accounts tab.

  1. Open a Product from the Products List Page.
  2. Click Account > Associate Accounts.
  3. If you have already added accounts under the Acounts module, select an account that is displayed.
  4. Click Associate Account.

Note

  • While associating a contact or an account, you can search for a record using the search bar, if required.

Associate Requests

If you'd previously associated a request with a product, it will be displayed under the Requests tab in the Product's detail page.

Note

  • You cannot associate a request with a Product, from within the Product's detail page.
