All the incoming tickets have to be assigned to different agents so that they can work on the tickets and send the answers within the response time. To assign tickets, do the following:
- Open a Ticket from the Tickets Home page.
- Click Assign To to open a list of your support agents.
- Select from the list of agents to assign the ticket or to transfer the ticket from one agent to another.
If you want to assign more than one ticket, do the following:
- Choose more than one ticket from Tickets Home Page.
- Click Assign To that appears on top of all tickets.
- Select from the listed agents to assign the ticket.
