All the incoming requests have to be assigned to different support reps so that they can work on the requests and send the answers within the response time. To assign requests, do the following:
- Open a Request from the Requests Home page.
- Click Assign To to open a list of your support agents.
- Select from the listed support reps to assign the request or to transfer the request from one support rep to another.
If you want to assign more than one request, do the following:
- Choose more than one request from Requests Home Page.
- Click Assign To that appears on top of all requests.
- Select from the listed support reps to assign the request.
