Mass Actions

You can perform a mass update or delete of products. To perform an update across multiple products, do the following:

  1. Click Setup.
  2. In the Organization section, click Products.
  3. In the Products page, select a Department(if you have more than one).
  4. Choose the products you would like to update.
  5. Click Update.
  6. In the Update Field window, select a field to update and specify its new value.
  7. Click Save.

Similarly, to delete more than one product, do the following:

  1. In the Products page, select a Department(if you have more than one).
  2. Choose the products you would like to delete.
  3. Click Delete.
  4. Click Ok to confirm your action.

Note:

  • A product when deleted will also delete its related tickets, tasks and time entries.
