In Zoho Recruit you can share the custom view with other users or keep it private. You can provide the access permission either while creating or editing the custom view.

Note: This is available only in paid edition.

Zoho Recruit provides three different types of sharing permissions:

1. All users are allowed to view this Custom View: By choosing this option, you  can share the custom view to all the users. 
2. Show this Custom View only to me: By choosing this option you can keep the custom view private to yourself.
3. Allow the following users to view this Custom View: By choosing this option, you can provide access to the users individually or based on the users role.
Note: The shared user has the permission to choose the form fields for the shared custom view.
