Sample Reports
You can create multiple reports using Zoho Recruit.
How to create a report to see how many interviews are scheduled by each user?
- Go to Reports tab.
- Click New Report --> Chart view.
- Select "Interview" from the drop down menu --> Click OK.
- The fields related to each module will be listed at the left panel. Drag "First name" field from "Employee" and drop to X-Axis.
- Drag "Interview id" field from "Interview" and drop to Y-Axis. Now, change the "Interview id" function(fx) from "Sum" to "Count".
- Click User Filters tab.
- Drag "Interview date" field from "Interview" and drop to User filters box. Mouse over the "Interview date" and Click edit --> Relative period --> Next --> Choose month/week/day as per your requirement --> Click Finish.
- Click "Click here to generate Graph" and Save.
How to create a report to see how many candidates are added by each user?
- Go to Reports tab.
- Click New Report --> Chart view.
- Select "Candidate" from the drop-down menu --> Click Ok.
- The fields related to each module will be listed at the left panel. Drag "First name" feild from "Employee" and drop to X-Axis.
- Drag "Resume pkid" field from "Candidate" and drop to Y-Axis. Now change the "Resume pkid" function(fx) from "Sum" to "Count".
- Click User Filters tab.
- Drag "Posted on" field from "Candidate" and drop to User filters box. Mouse over the "Posted on" and Click edit --> Relative period --> Next --> Choose month/week/day as per your requirement --> Click Finish.
- Click "Click here to generate Graph" and Save.
How to create a report to see the job opening status?
- Go to Reports tab.
- Click New Report --> Chart view.
- Select "Job Opening" from the drop-down menu --> Click Ok.
- The fields related to each module will be listed at the left panel. Drag "Job opening status" field from "Job opening" and drop to X-Axis.
- Drag "Job opening pkid" from "Job opening" and drop to Y-Axis. Now change the "Job opening pkid" function (fx) from "Sum" to "Count".
- Click Users Filters tab.
- Drag "Added on" field from "Job opening" and drop to User filters box. Mouse over the "Posted on" and Click edit --> Relative period --> Next -- Choose month and week as per your requirement --> Click finish.
- Click "Click here to generate Graph" and Save.
How to create a report to view the Overall Scheduled Interviews?
- Go to Reports tab.
- Click New Report --> Chart view.
- Select "Interview" from the drop-down menu --> Click Ok.
- The fields related to each module will be listed at the left panel. Drag "Interview date" field from "Interview" and drop to X-Axis. Now change the "Interview Date" function to "year" from the menu
- Drag "Interview id" from "Interview" and drop to Y-Axis. Now change the "Interview id" function (fx) from "Sum" to "Count".
- Click Users Filters tab.
- Drag "Interview date" field from "Interview" and drop to User filters box. Mouse over the "Interview date" and Click edit --> Relative period --> Next -- Choose month and week as per your requirement --> Click finish.
- Click "Click here to generate Graph" and Save.
