How to notify the assigned recruiter and client manager when a new candidate is added via published job openings?

You can notify the assigned recruiter and client manager whenever a candidate applies to the job through the published job openings.

To enable email alert for recruiter/client manager

    1. Click Settings tab.
    2. Click Careers website page, at the right panel.
    3. Click Edit page.
    4. Mouse over the published jobs section and click Customize job opening fields.
    5. Click Customize email alert tab.
    6. Tick the checkbox Send email to assigned recruiter and Client manager.

    7. Compose an email message to send to assigned recruite/client manager and click OK.

Note:
- You can insert merge fields into your subject line.
- To attach any resume, image, etc., tick the check-box Attach Resume/More documents
