Zoho Recruit allows you to post jobs using pay-per-pick. See how pay-per-pick works.

To post new/exisiting job using pay-per-pick :

1. Click Job Openings tab.
   
2. Click Pay-per-Pick, located at the right panel.
   
3. If you're new to pay-per-pick, click Post a Job.
   
4. In the pay-per-pick job posting page, fill in the new job opening details or select a job opening from "Link to a Zoho Job" drop-down list and click Publish.
   Note: Agree to terms before publishing the job. 
   

OR

1. Click Job Openings tab.
   
2. Click on a particular job opening.
   
3. In the job opening detail page, click Pay-per-Pick at the right panel.
   
4. If you're new to pay-per-pick, click Post a Job.
   
5. Now, the job details will be automatically filled. You can edit it (if required) and Publish.
   Note: Agree to terms before publishing the job. 

OR

1. Click Candidates tab.
   
2. Click Pay-per-pick at the right panel
   
3. If you're new to pay-per-pick, click Post a Job.
   
4. In the pay-per-pick job posting page, fill in the new job opening details or select a job opening from "Link to a Zoho Job" drop-down list and click Publish. 
   Note: Agree to terms before publishing the job.
