By default, the field mapping is done by Zoho Recruit. If you want to re-map it then you can do it.

Supported Job Boards: 

1. Log in to Zoho Recruit.
2. Click Settings tab.
3. Click Choose websites to post jobs, located at the right panel.
   
   
4. Click map the fields link.
   
   
5. Now map the job board field with Zoho Recruit job opening fields and click Update.
   
   
   Note: The mandatory fields should be mapped.
