Only users with Admin privileges can download and install Zoho Recruit Plug-in. Before installing, the Microsoft Outlook application should be closed in your system. 

To download and install the Zoho Recruit plug-in

1. Log-in to Zoho Recruit.
2. Click Settings tab.
3. Click Microsoft Outlook plug-in, located at the right panel.
4. In the Microsoft Outlook plug-in page, click the "Download the plugin" link or Click here to download (for 32bit) / Click here to download (for 64bit).
5. Run the ZohoRecruit-for-MicrosoftOutlook.exe file.
6. In the Welcome to the Installation Wizard dialog, click Next.
7. In the License Agreement dialog box, read the license agreement and click Yes to accept the license agreement.
8. In the Choose Destination Location dialog box, browse the directory and click Next.
   The installation will take a few seconds.
9. In the Installation Completed dialog box, click Finish to complete the installation.

Note: By default, the destination directory is C:\Program Files\ZOHO\Zoho Recruit Plug-in for Microsoft Outlook
