In Zoho Recruit, you can upload multiple files for Candidates, Job Openings, Clients and Client Contacts. Before uploading multiple files/images, you need to add new "File Upload/Image Upload" field in it's respective forms.
In Free edition, by default you can attach only one file except in the Client Contacts module. Whereas, in Standard edition you can attach multiple files/images by customizing the "File Upload/Image Upload" field through drag and drop.
To upload multiple files/images:
- Click Module tab.
Note: Module refers to Job Openings, Candidates, Clients and Client Contacts tab.
- Click on a particular record, for which you want to add multiple files.
- In the record detail page, Click More Actions and click Edit from the drop-down list.
- Here, you can upload multiple files using the newly created File Upload/Image Upload fields.
Now you can add multiple files for a record.
