You must be an administrator or the recruiter of the job opening to unlock the candidate.

To unlock a candidate:

1. Go to Candidates tab
2. Click on the Recent Status filter present in the horizontal menu.
3. Choose the Locked candidate link from the drop-down list.
   It displays the list of candidates whose status is locked.
4. Now, select a candidate to unlock his/her profile.
5. In the candidate details page, click on Unlock
