We suggest you not to un-associate a resume/candidate; since it helps, you track the complete history of the specific job opening. If you still wish to un-associate, please follow the below steps:

1. Go to the required Candidate Profile page.
   All job openings associated to the specific candidate will be listed in the "Associated JO's section (right panel).
2. Select a job opening which needs to be unassociated.
3. Click on the Un-associate Icon.
4. Now, specify the reason/comments in the text-box for future reference.

Note: You can also un-associate the candidate from details page of the associated job opening.
