Is it possible to view candidates who are associated with a particular tag?

Yes, in Zoho Recruit you can easily view the list of candidates who are associated with a particular tag.

To view the list of candidates who are associated with a tag:

Click Candidates tab
Click List of tags, located at the right panel
Click on a particular tag to view the list of candidates who are associated with it

Note:

* Further you can also filter these candidates with different criteria, located at the top of the candidate list page

* The above steps are applied for Job Openings, Candidates, Clients and Client Contacts
